It combines a regimented dietary protocol using our weight loss foods in conjunction with a focused exercise program. Your evaluation will include visits with our nutrition consultants as well as with the program physician. A comprehensive nutrition plan will be created specifically for you. Although it’s called our Bridal Program, it can be used for men and women for any occasion.
